Red floral makes complete sense!

Happy day, friends!  Sorry that I’ve been missing for a couple of days here, but sometimes real life gets in the way of the blog life, what to do?? Hashtag, that blogger life.  But we live and learn and have a glass of wine and move on, right?

Summer weather or not, it’s too hot here for bell sleeves, and I’m A-OK with that.  The short sleeves on this dress make it just a little bit extra, and I love that it’s so lightweight and comfy.  I also love a good red color with small print combo, and if you’ve had your eye on this head over here to score it on sale.

This week kicked off 40 degrees and sunny, so I’m all smiles over here in one of my favorite new dress finds.  To be honest, when I pulled this dress out of the wardrobe, I wasn’t overly jazzed.  It’s one of those dresses that’s not much on the hanger but so good on.  I love the front cute buttons and love even more that it doesn’t have a deep v-neck. The floral colorful print is just so pretty in person, and I’m also thinking I need to grab one of these summer prints.

So I figured I’d get this little floral red dress up in time because it’s seriously summertime perfection.  I love the style and floral print, and the fabric is one of those that seems like you can breathe fresh in it.  The kind you can throw in your suitcase with no wrinkle worries.  And that makes me one happy camper.  Dressed up or down, it’s pretty versatile for day to night.

There is something fun and flirty about this dress. This one is a steal, and paired with sleek sandals and a clutch, it’s an easy-peasy, mixed prints winner.

A floral dress is always a good idea, right?
