Healthy Hair tips and My Favorite!!!

When you suffer from some hair related problems all you get it numbers of tips and suggestions. From applying different chemicals to going all natural on your hair, you do everything to get your hair problem fix. Some tips and suggestions do work but some even worse the situation. So be careful and know your hair type before you use anything on your scalp.

Here are some tips which I have got from various people depending on their hair type:

For dry and frizzy hair: This is the most common problem among youngsters and there are thousands of packs and hair treatment available for this but if you wish to go all natural on your hair then you could definitely try pure aloe vera gel and vitamin E capsules. Apply some fresh aloe vera gel on your hair length and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash with cold water and you will notice changes after the first wash itself.

Damage Hair: Factors like pollution, sweet, dirty pillow covers and lack of protein could lead to damage hair. You notice your hair are getting weak and increasing split ends. To get rid of it you can do ahead with egg white mask. Mix one egg and almond oil in a bowl. Starting from tips move upwards. Cover the entire hair length. Leave for 30 minutes and wash it with cold water. To avoid smell you could use diluted shampoo.

Hair-fall: The most common and tension giving problem. People apply so many things (You must have seen in BALA movie) P.s. don’t follow any such tips which are awful. Trust your dermatologist and granny’s advice. My hair type is normal. Not very dry or very oily but I do suffer a lot of hair fall occasionally. I have tried various packs and oils. The best suited for my hair type was yogurt mask. Take 2 spoon of yogurt and mix 1 capsule of vitamin E in it. Apply it from top to bottom. Leave it for 30-45 minutes and wash it with dilute shampoo. You could notice results after second wash.

Increase length: I have heard from different people that onion juice/oil increases the length of your hair. But on a personal experience the smell of onion does not go even after a rigorous wash. May be if you could get it of it then it is a great solution for people who want long hair.

Other precautions for healthy hair and scalp: Eat right. From your skin to hair everything shows what you eat. A balance diet is the secret to all the beauty. Clean your comb and change your pillow cover regularly. Switch your hair product only if you need. Lot of chemicals do harm to your scalp and roots.
