Similarly like you I have also heard a; the benefits of HALDI from my grandmother starting from my first pimple to suffering with cold haldi was always there. So today I decided to bring you some really good combos of HALDI for you. These combos will help you repair your skin and also improve your immune system. Properties like anti-inflammatory and antioxidant makes haldi a power pack.

HALDI in warm milk: Suffering from cold? Having body ache? Low body temperature? Before going to bed take a warm glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric in it. Avoid sugar if you can else have a half spoon of sugar. This will help you in maintaining your body temperature, give relief in cold and body pain. P.s. I remember having it after my ear piercing and got relief within no time.

RAW HALDI: Too cold outside? Having late periods? Take a pinch of HALDI with warm water. This will increase your body temperature. This also helps in regulating your periods naturally. Do not consume it when expecting motherhood.

Healing wounds: Knife cut? Kid fallen in the ground? Clean the wound and apply some powder haldi on it. This not just helps in keeping your wound from infection but also helps in blood clouting.
